Spirit and Frontier are more the same than different.

Yeah, same thoughts as well. F9 has two valuable commodities, pilots and planes. I wouldn’t be surprised if the merger rumors with Spirit finally come true as a result of this turmoil. What a ULCC juggernaut that’d be and it might just attract new hires and slow attrition. The idea of it is more appealing now than ever.

I submitted my app Jan 17th, received outmatch email Jan 31st, got the interview invite email Feb 1st, scheduled for an interview Feb 23rd. Looking forward to hopefully joining the Frontier(Sprontier?!) team!

Can anyone at F9 shed light on the health insurance? I’ve heard it’s pretty horrendous. It’s a legit concern for my family so I’m trying to get as much info as possible to compare my current vs potential plans. PM is fine too. Thanks in advance.

But the insurance is good. It's United Healthcare and you get 3 choices of coverage levels. No complaints
