I can confirm the exact opposite.

An FO friend of mine, whom I recommended come here, did. He kept his apps updated and got interview calls from both UA and AA. Went the UA interview and he said it essentially wasn’t an interview. They told him point blank that due to having his type and being ex-mil, he was hired. Whole interview process lasted a couple of hours which included a tour, a brief HR/pilot Q/A and lunch. He was done by 1pm.

Im told the AA interview is a little more involved but not much.

I’ve been wondering if Legacies would basically start giving CJO’s to clean LCC candidates. Probably not far off..

Hiring / training

Hey all, curious to see how long it took to hear anything back after initial application. Haven’t gone to a MTC or any conference yet.

121 FO

1000ME Turbine
500 135 ME PIC
No degree

Also curious if anyone used application/resume review while applying with Frontier.

Would love to make Frontier my last stop and get back down to Florida!

I have similar time minus the PIC but have a degree. My app was in 4 years with no internals before they called me out of the blue.

Nearly everyone at my interview had less than 2000 hours and got the invite after doing a MTC event so that is my recommendation to you, don’t waste time waiting for them, make the first move and attend one.

I personally didn’t use any review services besides aviation interviews and Sheppard Air (for the written). I fancy myself a decent interviewee and it went as expected.

Go to the next MTC and you’ll likely get an invite within a week.

I didn’t do resume or application prep, but highly, HIGHLY recommend Lori Clarke w/ Clarke Aviation Consulting for interview prep.

At what point will indigo decide the revolving door cost more than industry equal or better pay?

It would be helpful to know how much it actually costs.

If LCA’s keep quitting it’ll cost them quite a bit, like growth and a backlog in training.

Are a lot of LCAs quitting ? Quitting the LCA program or quitting to go elsewhere.
