But that's just like my opinion, man....
I think it’s an IPO also. It’s IPO season right now. UBER , LYFT and a slew of others. Will Frontiers stock symbol be LFDR?

Its all good man, I was just correcting the number in the 187+159 post, not personal in any way. Thankfully it wasn't more!

We have never hired much over the summer months even when they said we would hire all summer long so I wouldn’t stress too much. May-July have always had none-small classes.

Yeah, but come on... That’s great that Frontier has never done what it said it would do, but new hires put in notice and are now waiting indefinitely. That’s shady and reflects poorly on the airline and those that helped people get hired.

Barry don’t care dough.

Any idea how many people actually quit their jobs and are now waiting for a Frontier class date while unemployed?

Let's be real here, F9 is not the first and won't be the last airline to do this. UAL, DAL, SWA, etc all have postponed classes.

But they probably communicated with perspective pilots in a timely manner and not via a mass email blast to multiple classes worth of pilots.

Not true. I applied and heard back a week later. No recommendations at all nor any job fairs. I do have a 320 type with lots of time in the aircraft though. I did not go to the interview as this occurred before the TA was ratified. I did respectfully thank them for the offer but said until you start treating your pilots better then I am not interested.

Consider that at the last meet and greet in Chicago there was around 90 people that attended. They did 10 on site interviews. I’m guessing they offered Denver interviews to at least 60 more. Now consider they do two interviews a week with 10-15 people each. That means they fill 2-4 weeks worth of interview slots with each recruiting event. This includes the meet and greets, NGPA, aero solutions, WIA etc.

So once again. If you want an interview. I highly recommend attending a recruiting event even if it’s the virtual job fair on the 19th.

Your key phrase there is “before the TA”. It’s become way more competitive since.

Maybe, but those pilots also received the consolation prize of an eventual class date at... you guessed it, UAL, DAL, SWA, etc. The poor saps left out in the cold here are still looking at working for Frontier.
