Dude, this is how we ALL feel. Everyone I fly with. He's being straight with you, so just say thank you and go about your business.

He’s not a negative nancy... he went out of his to show that he derives happiness and self worth from other areas of his life other than his employer, although it would be nice to be proud to work for frontier... everything he said is SPOT ON... you need to come here with the mentality that you will fly an airplane for an employer that doesn’t care about you and you will cash the pay check begrudgingly given to you... there is not a pilot group in the world that accomplishes more with less resources... land at midnight in Orlando? Expect to wait on a gate... land in Denver on any day at any time? Expect to wait on a gate... airplane has NINETEEN mel’s? Better get that puppy out on time... don’t come here because you’re flying an airbus or you want to come to a major... it’s a regional with airbii and it’s not even the best regional

I’ve had a gate 7 out of 8 legs this trip. Not that it doesn’t happen, but I think it happens to every Airline. MEL’s that is accurate. They push maintenance to the limit and say it’s because we are flying so much. The pilot group is awesome and like Ive said before, Pride of where you work doesn’t pay your bills, the pay check does. Go to work, get paid, go home. It’s not that hard.

I think it’s pretty clear the Max problems are only temporary. Remember all the problems the 787 had? Now it’s wildly successful.

Boeing has announced that the aircraft may not be suitable for high/hot airports. Plus the whole FAA certification process of the 737 Max is being reviewed. How long will that process take?

Does anyone know if they’ve actually stopped hiring for the time being? Or is it just the 2 classes that have been cancelled/postponed for now?

They are doing a recruiting event for pilots this weekend! I don’t think anyone really knows what’s going on.
