Someone has done the math on here, buried in some thread, that per current numbers and likely trends, we're fully staffed for the next 18 months or so. By that logic the company won't get serious about negotiating for another 36 months!

He already had a Legacy class date before his IOE was scheduled. Sounds crazy to hire 120 and net 40, but then I think back to that guy and it makes sense.
