You can expect several TMAAT (tell me about a time...) style questions that are designed to reveal a little about who you are as a person in various categories such as leadership, customer service, integrity etc. You can also expect to be asked why you want to work at Frontier and some questions to find out what you know about the airline and why you believe you would be a good fit. There's also a situational interview portion where they ask you to role play a Frontier pilot and respond to various events/scenarios that occur.

Awesome information thank you very much! Do you work for Frontier? Any pros/cons for qol?
I have a class date with Mesa (chose them originally before I knew anything about the various companies and or the likelihood of being assigned to a base that is 20 minutes from home) but with the news of American canceling the contract I thought it would be smarter to come over to Frontier even if I have to commute. From what I can gather Frontier is a good carrier to work for, not without its issues as all companies have but overall people are happy.

Do pilots fall under “eligible” employees who have LTD covered by the company?

How low is the bar for applicants from outside of the cadet programs? I have my written done and ATP mins but no turbine, no checkride and bare minimum multi. Would attending a MTC be worth it?

Depends what you mean by worth it. Will it improve your chances of an eventual interview invite? Yes. But you won’t receive the invite until you have an ATP in hand.

I don't think they do this very often and I could be wrong but I did hear of a few folks getting a CJO conditional upon xyz (I don't know what their exact situations were). So if they really like you at MTC and you kill it at the interview (if invited) they could possibly extend that to you conditional upon getting your ATP. Regardless though going to an MTC will never hurt. It shows you are really interested in the company.

Default Single turboprop w/ATP

Does Frontier have any history of hiring people from 135/91 ops with single turboprop time and ATP, or is the 750 multi a hard requirement?
