We have our issues but to say a regional is better is just flat out wrong.

Doubt this guy is a CFI if he's getting the online assessment. That's for OTS hires, not the cadet babies. Everyone who applies to work here right now is hurting our cause. Wait until we get a contract, then apply. If you're at a regional, stay, upgrade, make more money, and go to Delta. Upgrade time at Frontier 3 years and climbing. We are so far behind the industry in every metric it's laughable. Don't be a kook aid drinker like 70% of our pilots are.

1. Classes will be delayed or canceled. Lots of talk about it yesterday inside a small group.

I lost all pride years ago, when this airline called in pilots for sick calls trying to fire them, and the 1000+ other grievances on record. (Highest of any airline). Not to mention the lowest paid / hardest working pilots. Management’s zero respect for the pilot group continues to show at every negotiation meeting.
How can you have pride in a company that just pulled the rug underneath this hard working candidate that had this interview all set up. Frontier is a joke because of people like you supporting and condoning this behavior. Continue your utopian outlook while wearing your stupid bear paw. “Hey guys I got an idea, let’s handout bear paws to our professional pilots and that will turn things around” SMH clown. I’m sure you’ll take a below industry contract and continue to watch every other carrier prosper.
