If it were me I'd go to Frontier as well, I'm also at a WO, I currently have my stuff in there but no phone call yet. I believe upgrades are less then 5 years and Frontier has a lot of growth on the horizon. Yes, you'll make more at AA but I think you'll have a better quality of life at Frontier and you'll upgrade quicker for sure.

Swa kinda missed the boat, they have waited to long to improve there product. I know they have a loyal low fare base but so will ULCC soon.

We had captains go there in bankruptcy. Something like half our pilots had apps on file. Part of their argument for a staple. They have quite a few former f9 pilots.

That was true 6 months ago. I can see if you compare a jr f9 res cpt vs a senior swa fo that works a ton but a swa fo is not making more than a line holding 10 plus year f9 captain.

You would be surprised what guys are making at F9 right now. The long sought after SWA golden ring is a relic of the past.
