I know a couple of guys below them got a line because apparently they had MIL leave or some kind of leave in place which lowered their monthly minimum. This was for August I believe.

You could be correct however when I run the spread sheet for lowest seniority line holder I don’t include those with vacation or Military leave as it would artificially skew the results. They bid too restrictive if somebody below got a line when they didn’t. Throw out a dart and they can explain why pretty quickly. The base is getting super junior super quick though so it shouldn’t be long.

What kind of pairings are out of ATL, and are they commutable on each end?

Commutable on both ends? Good luck.

It was stated previously that these questions are useless. Pairing mixes change dramatically and frequently month to month. One month might be 25/25/25/25 across 1/2/3/4 days. Next month it could be 50/30/15/5. You'll have plenty of time to look at bid packets once you're here, as an answer today will be meaningless in a month.

Seniority List (As of May 1, 2022)

Date - Pilots (-/+ Loss/Gain)

05/01/2021-1573

06/01/2021-1568 (-5)

07/01/2021-1593 (+25)

08/01/2021-1620 (+27)

09/01/2021-1639 (+19)

10/01/2021-1668 (+29)

11/01/2021-1684 (+16)

12/01/2021-1694 (+10)

01/01/2022-1708 (+14)

02/03/2022-1718 (+10)

03/01/2022-1721 (+3) (80 LOA’s / 10 Management)

04/01/2022-1748 (+27) (80 LOA’s / 10 Management)

05/05/2022-1765 (+17) (93 LOA’s / 10 Management)

In 1 year, we have netted approximately 192 pilots

(Net 150 pilots or an average of 16 pilots a month)

To continue to build somewhat on this information.

We got up to…

June- 1788 (+23) attrition down to 1758

July- 1803 (+15) attrition down to 1777

August- 1824 (+21) attrition down to 1810

Sept- 1867 (+43)

It seems we only lost 14 to attrition in August but we will see what the trend continues to be for September.

Sort of. I like to track it so I can see trends. The website is great for a snapshot of the current time but if you don’t track the trend than that info is somewhat useless. It helps to fight against hearsay and the drama that comes with APC. “Dropping like flies!” Well are they? What does that even mean? Here’s the data.

But ya the reason I started the thread and the sheets I presented after each month have been pretty well covered by the website. The only info I present that they don’t is how long until a newb can hold a base. I’ll continue to post that until they do.

I also like to see the trend over time. Thanks for posting the numbers, much appreciated.

What is PHX looking like for FO’s? Junior? Senior?

Most junior is a 6/22 hire date. It should go more junior in another month as the base is growing from 50ish FOs to 60ish FOs.
