As a potential 12/28 new hire, how will the bid run for DFW opening in May? I’d venture to guess IOE for that class will be in Mar/Apr. If DFW goes junior, could a new hire have a chance to bid for and hold it off IOE?

It will probably be in the system bid around march/april and you will likely be able to hold it as an FO within 4 months for sure. which is around IOE completion. If you cant hold it by then, within 6 months which isn't bad at all. DFW will likely get most of the commuters from ATL/MCO/PHL/LAS that live in the more central US going there, so there is no telling what it will do. It could realistically end up being the most senior behind DEN, especially with such an easy commute from DEN itself.

The commute from DFW to Den is not an easy commute. It's a short commute but very tough commute. Everyone said Phx would go super senior and that was not the case.

It is interesting however how many times we've thought a base would go "more senior" and then it really didn't. TPA and PHX both went less senior than I thought. At least thus far..... we will see about DFW but I bet it doesn't go as senior as some might think |

I don't know how difficult it really is with 2 jumpseats? I've done plenty of DFW-DEN legs with open jumpseats.

Despite what you read online, and every major airline’s issues these days, Frontier is still awesome. The pilot group and schedule flexibility are my favorite things just to name a few.

What are the chances of a new hire getting PHL right out of training ?

Looks like alot of MIA trips start with a limo to FLL, can we drive to FLL, skip the limo, and get pay protected for that?
