Eh maybe… I have been tracking this since we started hiring and the trailing averages help to clean up for those summer and holiday lows. It doesn’t really matter the reason for the slowdown of attrition to management. All that matters is a slowdown has occurred and the effects it has on attrition across the industry. I don’t believe the combined industry total hiring numbers will ever be as high as we just saw the last few years. At least not for the next decade. I can definitely be wrong here but I just am guessing things went a little haywire and have come back to a more normal amount.

Does anyone know what exactly the company intranet is and how to access it? I was told that even though the June seniority list isn't in docunet, it is on the company intranet per the CBA requirement. I thought those were the same thing. How could I go about getting it off the company intranet?

it’s there but it’s from July of 2021….. soooo why isn’t it out yet?

Ah my bad. I just saw the month and didn’t look any closer. Interns must be on summer break. Or maybe they’ve ended the Seniority system and we are all flying on a merit system now.

Ah yes, the seniority list that is like 3 years old.

I am glad they updated the VP lists for other operations, but when it comes to flight ops, if its outdated enough, stuff works, like CHI being a base. LOL

It amazes me they can't even update the website once a month.
