Well the June seniority list is finally available on Docunet. I have no actual evidence but my gut tells me the list is fake/inaccurate. The list is exactly the same as May plus the 9 new hires from the recent small class. Literally not 1 single person left between May 1st and June 1st. Not one person left, retired, quit, died, etc. I don't buy it. I think they finally realized they never released it and so they rushed it by just taking the old list and adding the new hires. Maybe I'm being conspiritorial but probably 50% of the pilots I talk to are trying to leave. I can't believe for a second that not a single solitary person left during the whole month, even with the hiring slowdown some places.

Mooney or somebody will need to double check my work though since we count slightly differently. He/she counts month to month and I count class to class. Their method is more accurate for your goals but long term results will be the same.

SL isn’t your best resource. There was a guy on there for well over a year after he left. Flica and Ultipro provide an almost instantaneous snapshot and are much closer to reality. They aren’t perfect but they are close enough. I count 14 left last month but that includes some retirements. Only 3 so far this month.

Apr 30 we ended the month with 2099, with 26 total leaving. Of those 11 were almost 6+ years seniority.
May was light, -14 ended the month with 2143. Only added 9 apparently there was one no show for the June class.
so far jun is very light too. I think that’s about to change and it was to be expected, the big 4 all slowed hiring over the summer months.
this is all best guess. Flica is imo the most accurate. They do take their time updating throughout the month but it is updated. Makes sense, if you resign they wouldn’t want you to keep access to flica.

It blows my mind how junior and senior folks alike completely misunderstand how these bid postings work..
It's not 0 FOs. It's 16 upgrades, which means they get replaced with 16 FOs. The new hire class will have 16 if all show up.
The company is adding 16 slots to the seniority list. 16 folks are going to upgrade, prompting a cascade of movement on both the CA and FO side. The 16 newhires will get what remains unfilled.. Net changes is +16 for the company, +16 CAs, + 0 FOs.
Have heard a mix of rumors of 30 for July and up to 50 for July. We'll know once they craft the August sim schedule.
