Pay is just the starting point, this company has a decade of burning goodwill to make up for. Even if the new leadership does a complete 180, it’s going to take time to rebuild trust and right the ship. But if any company wants to be successful it starts with good relationships with employees.

makes total sense… they’re getting the XLR. Indigo’s way of getting an international network. And Wizz labor costs are way lower than in the US.
