Pretty good as long as the rest of your boxes are checked (degree, etc). If you can make it to a job fair, even better. People hear anywhere from a day to a month or so later, as I think they flush the apps when the window openas and closes.

The degree thing is definitely not a deal breaker from what I have seen. I had people in my class without degrees and have flown with many guys that don't have one. I really am a believer they put much more emphasis on the personality than the numbers. I also think it means a lot right now to be living on the east coast.......

One just happened on Jan 30th in Dallas, and there was one a few months ago in FLL.
Here are some upcoming according to their website.
Chicago Pilot Job Fair May 8 2015 ? Aero Crew Solutions
Dallas / Fort Worth Pilot Job Fair July 17 2015 ? Aero Crew Solutions
I don't like the idea that you should have to pay to get an interview, so I'm not promoting it. I'm just trying to help you guys by posting this.
The benefit to the company in finding quality candidates this way is pretty hard to deny. It's like speed interviewing to find people they really want to spend the time and money on for the real interview. Plus there is a chance you can get picked up strait from the fair, although I get the idea it is pretty rare.
Recently talked to newhire from the Dec class. He attended the FLL fair. He told me the majority of his interview group was invited as a result of the fair.
Like I said in a previous post. I spoke with a Frontier interviewer directly involved with the FLL fair. He told me the company really liked what the process did for them in terms of finding good people.
I would imagine they will still invite off the street 'so-to-speak', but you're now competing against fair goers.
Good luck guys!!!
