I've been to a few others and it was similar to those. Great presentation from F9 but nothing new that you can't find on here or online elsewhere. Sat down with recruiter and was very nice and laid back. Typical questions of why F9, where do you see yourself in 20 years, what got you into flying etc. Interview in July.
Stats:
Total 5200
Pic 577 (260Tpic)
Mostly all 121/135 multi
3300 jet
I'm excited for this opportunity and can't wait for the interview date

To those waiting:
OBAP, SnF, and FAPA fair applicants are getting called for interviews, right now. You have to keep in mind the level of interest out there right now of those hoping to come to Frontier. The pool of resumes is deeper than you might think- considering the job fairs, internal recommendations, and "cold" applicants who have just applied in the dark online. To anyone who's waiting for an interview, don't get discouraged. There's just a long list to work through. If you left a job fair with the promise of a phone call, you'll get one. Interview dates fill up quickly and class sizes are limited to around 30 a month, and from what I know F9 doesn't hire into a pool, and doesn't like to schedule interviews more than a couple months in advance. Don't get discouraged, waiting sucks, but it's part of the industry- and y'all are still at the beginning of the hiring wave.
