The ALPA induction ceremony had countless representatives from other airlines give an awkwardly long standing ovation for us. We have 10's of thousands of peers that are now Union brothers and sisters. They will band together, pull for us, and get our backs when we need their help. Our company does not believe us to be jokes. Quite the contrary. They may be flexing the strong arm right now, but its a short-term and small minded mentality. F9 pilots have been making deposits in the karma bank for a long time. Withdrawals coming soon.

ClearCreek...you are the joke
Read the new NC email. Deposits in the karma bank...ha! More like the deposits in the toilet. This group is so pathetically naive.

Our guys need to get over their cranial rectal inversions, realize what and who we're up against and behave accordingly.

Shockingly the company isn't just going to give us a 25% pay raise without a fight.

I disagree. The "relationship" with old management is what kept the lights on from 2008-2012 or so, but the new blood on property, and the shell shocked old guard ARE going to rub some dirt in their wounds and give like they got. It's just a painful change (ask a SWAPA pilot), and I wish it would have happened as soon as Indigo signed on the bottom line, but it's happening.

My opinion is that Pilot's should run, not walk in the other direction if they can, but a bunch of us have the focus and resolve to play to win. How it ends? I don't know, but it won't be soon, it won't be pretty and anyone who says they know how this story ends is a fool.

I tend to agree. But I think it's getting better. If this little "screw you" from the company doesn't push every single one of us over the edge, then that person is a moron.

I hope both of you are right. I feel that we are so deep in the hole that we'll never see the light. A LOT needs to change and it needs to change now. That email tells us everything we need to know.

Did you guys also read the NC's response letter. I thought it blew the company's 'nice try' out of the water. It was good and it sounded strong. I'm pretty proud of that letter actually. Bravo NC!

I thought the NC's response was solid as well. Can't wait to find out the company's response now.

I'll paraphrase their response, which we won't get to until we have another couple of attorney authored emails exchanged, for you: "See you in court."

Much like a divorce, the only people who benefit from this kind of transaction are the lawyers.

I'm interested to hear more from you. I am less interested in your point of view than I am of your identity. If you perceive a problem, speak up. It may not be popular but it may help. I have called fellow Frontier pilots a lot worse than "pathetically naive" but when it happens they know the author. You need to step up or shut the **** up.
