This isn't a joke - I'm interested, and can't find a single instance of actual retro pay.)

The whole reason to have LOA 67 was to have a separate process that would reward the pilots for concessions if the bosses were raking in the cash prior to Section 6 negotiations coming to an end, leaving F9 pilots as the lowest paid pilots in the industry. Since the processes happen to be running concurrently, the company WILL likely argue that they should be merged. Again, the NMB (because I'm betting this will be a multi year mediated process that ends with either a strike or some new FUBARed management end run), will likely consider it. If nothing else, it will (if we get anything from LOA 67) change our starting point in Section 6 pay negotiations - which was the point of the LOA and a good thing.

I'm probably staying for the whole show, but today I can't see this place as anything but a stop on your way to something better for anyone under 55 in the bottom 60-70% of the list.

The economy could go T.U. in November, and airlines hire right up to the day they furlough, but with the retirements at the legacies - I'd be off like a prom dress at the first opportunity to get out of here if I were in a different personal position. (I'm actually crunching my own QOL metrics to see if moving on makes sense to ME, and I don't fit the demographic I just told to leave.)

The short answer Sulkair - Nobody can give you those answers, but assume the worst.
Sobering post... Thanks F9Driver. "Off like a prom dress." Why am I not connecting with this ancient colloquialism!?!?

He took exception to Herewego's harsh criticism. How does this make him the caricature you just described? I find no correlation.

I don't do single engine taxis. I don't have a hat. I will extend 30 minutes and no more. I don't clean the airlpanes!
Your point to me talking about your possible classmate? I love how you talk a big game! Move along. Next?

I can assure you Bolo isn't one of those people Clearcreek, but nice try.

Herewegoagain should stop talking and start listening to those he fly's with. This has been a long rough time for the people of Frontier. Celebrating the arrival of ALPA and gaining unity as a group is big step. You just insulted the entire pilot group, idiot. Think before you talk. I really hope Bolo can fly with a tool like you. Believe it, he will school you!!

Easy??? Easy??? You have no clue!! Easy...spoken like a true ignoramus. Whipped pilot group?? Are you kidding me? The F9 pilots are an evolving group. They work hard and have pride. Old habits may die hard, by they are by no means whipped nor does anyone believe they are a joke. The ALPA induction ceremony had countless representatives from other airlines give an awkwardly long standing ovation for us. We have 10's of thousands of peers that are now Union brothers and sisters. They will band together, pull for us, and get our backs when we need their help. Our company does not believe us to be jokes. Quite the contrary. They may be flexing the strong arm right now, but its a short-term and small minded mentality. F9 pilots have been making deposits in the karma bank for a long time. Withdrawals coming soon.

ClearCreek...you are the joke

The quick upgrade thing is a farce (as you seem to know). You can upgrade at Delta just as fast as you can at Frontier these days. People need to wake up.
A friend of mine was hired at Delta after I got hired at F9 and he was awarded captain, my number has not even come up. In short, there is no quick upgrade at F9. A few people saw them and it's a crap upgrade as you can never hold Denver.

No, I'm not a tool, I'm quite agreeable. I need more than one hand to count the airlines I've worked for. I've been involved in the vote of three union representation changes now. I've been pro Alpa since day 1. I stand one hundred percent behind my position that blowing thousands of dollars celebrating whilst the company refuses to even respond to our proposal is disengenous at best. Mission accomplished though, right? The hard part is over. Let's celebrate!

Just got the FAPA/ALPA email. Nailed it! Yay me. Now if I'd just have predicted a good outcome or the powerball numbers👍

Our guys need to get over their cranial rectal inversions, realize what and who we're up against and behave accordingly.
