And apparently they can only handle 26 in the sim in Denver so they're scrambling for sims in Miami... as of now, 4 lucky contestants have a paid month off

piggybacking off what others have said - be ready 100% to kiss a lot of recruiter booty and sell why Frontier over anyone else. They are the ULCC that want you to treat them like a legacy. If you really want the job, you'll go to a interview prep. Lori Clark is the only one that I'm familiar with, but I'm sure there are others.

This gets asked a lot - not sure there's ever been a good answer. I wouldn't worry too much about the online app / cover / res, as long as they're in there. Just take your updated resume to the job-fair.

I just don't get it. We are the lowest paid pilots. You have to sign a two year training bond. Schedules blow! Upgrade will be longer than the advertised 2 years unless they open a Philly base or something similar and we are only losing 2 to 3 pilots a month on average.

I guess there are enough guys disenfranchised with their current company to keep filling up classes!
