That is your actual global number. You can also change the drop down to "ALL" to see everyone's number and where you fit in. So yes, we have been losing people at about 5 a month. I moved up 4 just in the last few weeks! 15 since they last updated that list correctly on the Flight Ops page about 3 months ago.
That's because 870 went to Delta. Good for him!

Unfortunately, getting a job generally takes some monetary investment. Check out Emerald Coast. They have a money back guarantee. You don't get the offer, you tell them, and Aaron will refund your money. I know people who have done this so it's not just an advertising gimmick. Or go to your library/internet and read up on EQ Interview, the SAR method of interviewing, etc., and get someone to role play with you for practice. Pay the $15 to get full access to aviationinterviews.com for the gouge.

Best advice that anybody can give!
David84 and everybody else interviewing here. If you don't put your best foot forward and take the effort to be prepared(which may take some money, time and preparation) then you have nobody to blame but yourself!

Perhaps they're having a little courtesy to other people who would like to be in the class if they decide not to go (i.e. they call to inform F9 that they won't be there, and F9 calls someone else).

David84,

I could but you in touch with a guy for interview prep, in my opinion just as effective as Lori Clark but it will save 300 bucks or more. Just PM me if you want his phone number.

I see the dispatchers just worked out a contract and voted to approve it. Does anybody know what their rasies over the course of five years look like? I'm curious if it's competivte with other major companies.

I heard that they got good raises. Between 40 and 60 percent by the end of the contract. Not sure what the immediate raise is, or how it compares to other airlines. Happy for them though

I guess that means we're going back to being dispatched with minimum fuel and landing with "FUEL LO LEVEL" ECAMs. Well it was a nice run. Good for them, though. The company can now pretend it is labor negotiations friendly.
