An interesting move for sure. Spoke with a dispatcher once he said there were about 20 of them, so a drop in the bucket money wise for Indigo.

$70/k-ish top of scale now to $103k-ish top of scale at end of deal. No where close to legacy and only close to Spirit parity. This dispatcher agreement is not something to celebrate. It's a p*** and ******* poor deal and anything from the company that implies "we want to reach agreements" with labor will only be believed by the drinkers. It's amazing to me that there are guys that still post on this thread saying that they're excited about the opportunity to work for Frontier. My advice, re-read the past hundred pages without the rose colored glasses and look elsewhere for employment. Going to job fairs and coming to class excited to work for Frontier is not received with the enthusiasm that it used to be.

Reality...dispatchers were muscled into agreeing on a 5 year deal.

None of that excuses how we're treated but I don't blame someone for coming here to improve their quality of life, I just hope they realize what they're getting into.

I have an interview coming up and I am concerned about my PRIA and how I am going to explain that I did not pass my upgrade . I passed the oral but busted the 3rd and 5th sim and was sent home and told I could try again in 6 months . Has anyone had a similar situation? Do you think it will cost me the the job ?
Thanks in advance

David84, You seem to not really get what is going on! First, being prepared and spending some money on interview prep. or just buying the gouge on one of these forums should be tops on your list. A professional Interviewer like Lori Clark(or if you choose somebody else) should help you immensely on how to explain yourself and your failures. And yes it will cost you the job if you cannot explain yourself in a coherent way.
It really depends on you, if you want the job or not?
P.S. Eventhough it is an honest question, I really would not be putting this type of question on the forum because I guarantee you that a lot of the interviewers are reading this. Guess what when you come in for your interview? "Hey your the guy on APC that failed his checkrides."
Good luck

You gotta let the chips fall where they may and don't ever say it wasn't my fault or make excuses

I don't understand this advice. He's already disclosed a failed check ride or should have and still got the interview. They already know about it. They want to see if you know what you did wrong and what you could do better next time. If you're humble and honest it's a softball question.

People fail checkrides and/or sims - it happens. If you disclosed it already and still got the interview, then just explain it.
Plus, I would find it really poor taste of the company to go around asking random interviewees if they failed checkrides based on what is read here (I gotta be honest - this company has done things in the past that is classless so I would'nt put it past them).
However, you WILL be asked about your issue in the HR portion as that portion is made up of at least one pilot (mine had 2).
This isn't an overally difficult interview. It can be stressful but AMR has a 2 day interview w/ sim ride as do others.
Just relax, don't lie and present yourself.

Nothing worth having is easy to attain. You must not have prepared enough for your upgrade- oh well, live and learn. As in don't make the same mistake with your interview . . . prepare thoroughly and you'll get the job. Halfass it(no suit, no prep) and you'll be disappointed again
