With our delivery schedule/return schedule we are projected to be at 72 birds by years end.

Feb bid packet said 55-57 planes for the month. A gain of 1.5 planes per month for the remaining 10 months will be interesting to watch. Believe it when I see it.

Right because 6 are going back between this month and next.
72 by years end. That's what's on the schedule.
Not jousting with you.
That's what's scheduled.
I agree, it will be interesting to watch.

Not really... that number in the bid pack is aircraft actively flying. 3 are currently out for heavy checks with 2 more slated for heavy late Feb into Mar. We really have 61 on property right now. Our staffing is more than adequate for the projected growth. They're actually ahead of the curve.

100% correct and I love when people say well the bid packet says we have 55-57 airplanes. Do people really think we don't have planes down for heavy maintenance or a few spare sitting around? You don't run 55-57 lines of flying with 55-57 planes. You need a few more than that. Check out the planespotters.net website it's a pretty accurate fleet tracker. Looks like we have 66 airplanes as of today.

Wow, good website... sad I can get more current info from that site than our own company. Only corrections (and this is just the airline geek in me talking...)

208 left 3 weeks ago
209 is scheduled for its last flight on 2/20
921 is scheduled for its last on 2/6
716 should be delivered in the next week and in service late Feb.

Anyone looking for a place to stay during training might consider Brads Pads. It's close to headquarters on Tower Road and the SSS building where our sims are. There is transportation to and from the airport via a Parking Spot shuttle that is next to the complex - Brad gives you a card that lets you access it 24/7 which is included in the price of the pad for $250 a month. He flies for Spirit and his wife is a Southwest FA so they're attuned to the industry - oh, and there are no flight attendants allowed. I've been here for a year - mostly with my formal regional, then through training with F9, and now with our growth I can hold a schedule that negates the need. There are plenty of F9 folks here that can help steer you in the right direction if you have any questions as well. Lots of beds open so I'm just throwing this pitch out here for Brad and anyone with the need. His # is 720-288-0601

That website (plane spotters) is a little off. You can get our current info from our own company as well as Lease return dates. It is straight from the horses mouth. It is under My departments tab, MX and Engineering, and on the left Active fleet data. Download a MHL viewer.

Return dates:
N208FR...01/17/2017
N935FR..01/22/2017

N954FR 02/06/2017
N921FR..02/28/2017

N209FR..03/16/2017

N210FR..04/21/2017

N211FR..05/10/2017
N213FR..05/19/2017

N214FR..06/08/2017
N216FR..06/27/2017

None after that for the remainder of the year.
