Default Employment Contract

Is F9 still requiring an employment contract? Pretty sure there was a two year agreement a year or so ago. Not sure how they are holding their weight these days.

FULL PAY FOR DH!
I know we originally proposed 100% pay for DH and 150% for middle seat DH. It wasn't written in this update but it was mentioned in a previous update. I highly doubt we would settle for keeping it at 50%.

For the hotel guy submit complains to frontier.alpa.org/pdr

I sure wish people read union emails as throughly as they do these forums.

Easy, easy...that's coming. The current DH proposal was the non-economic side of the equation. The full pay issue will present during the money talks.

Thanks for all the help with the hotel reporting. I read the emails (including the pathetic NC letter from yesterday).

I certainly hope the language in the contract is a lot stronger than "if available " when it comes to the window, aisle or exit row seat. The contract language should state "must have" Saying "if available" is a loop hole my 6 year old could exploit.

Take a second look. I'm pretty sure the "if available" is in reference to stretch and exit row. Window & Isle is must have. I think.

That this DH seat thing is even an issue...this tells you everything you need to know about this place. It costs the company basically zero money and this has only been agreed to "in principle". We have so far to go and our peer groups are about to lap us.

Probably should tell you all you need to know that if they spent 2 days talking about where we sit on a dh, this is gonna take a while... if we even have a TA in 6 months, I'll get a tattoo of "frontier forever!!" on my forehead
