Frontier Hiring.

IPO is announced, and the big players get a bit of time to look the situation over. Hiring was going gang busters, with no sight in end. Now we have a complete hiring freeze. Coincidence, I don't think so. Something is in the works. Question is, who, what and when?

Here's a thought...JB loses bid for Virgin so they make a play for F9 only to get turned down. Indigo's plan is a win/win situation with the IPO...either generate cash or create a bidding war between two suitors. I don't think Delta wants JB to have F9 and Indigo knows that. Just messing around but it's a fun guess.

I think everyone is reading too much into the hiring/VSA slowdown. This exact same thing happened last year at the same time. The last VSA last year was in Mar and did not resume until Sep I believe and hiring slowed down as well.

At 8-8.5 crews per that puts us at around 1200 pilots.
We're close to that now.
Someone posted earlier we have around 1150.
