Again off the hiring topic...but a more fair comparison would be if you made $1 and got a raise to $2 but your friends still made $3. It IS “substantial” but it’s not enough.

Can someone tell me the junior base? What’s the ranking of bases from senior to junior? I’d love to see the most junior Orlando hire. Also does anyone have a recruiter email they could PM me. I have looked everywhere and there’s no way to contact recruiters

Can someone explain to me what’s going on? I read many airline’s forums and this company is the only one where pilots are generally unkind/condescending and unhelpful. Why? I came here not trolling but asking a serious question. Maybe you guys don’t love your airline, but some of us are really suffering at awful regionals and we would consider this place an improvement. So pardon me for wanting to advance my career and increase my QOL, but is there some place I can go to actually get answers? APC is supposed to be a place to go to get the real scoop

When guys are coming on here asking about getting a job, we all cringe and hope that guys do not apply until after we settle the contract. Basically, we don't want you here right now. After the contract is settled, we will welcome all graciously to our company.
