Anyone who bases their career choice on first year pay and hotels for new hires is pretty "short sighted".
"Short Sighted" - That seems to be the new term used by our no voters.

Now with that said, what’s the timeline for hearing back after publishing on AirlineApps? Does the multi eng req also apply to single engine mil (F16, U2, F35, PC-12)?

Thanks for any feedback.
Generally, the answer is yes it applies. If it generally did not apply, they would state that up front.

Some major airlines allow SE turbine to time to count towards their mins, but when they say that, they really mean military tactical SE turbine time. They don't hire caravan drivers.

Some majors specify that military SE is acceptable. If F9 does not, that's probably what they mean, for whatever reason.

regardless of first year pay. If you can afford to run an airline, you can afford a hotel room for a new hire that you’re investing tens of thousands of dollars in.

It will go the way of the SWA type requirement one day.

Before the new AIP it was pretty quick. Definitely less than 2 weeks. But not sure how many apps they are getting now? Good luck !

Probably soon. Word on the street is the MEC is going to down the AIP and if that’s false then the membership is ready to vote the TA down by a wide margin.

I imagine the F9 recruiting robo-calls will start soon.
Settings -> Phone -> Call Blocking & Identification should do the trick.

Not true.
And even there is some truth, according to many on this forum, Indigo has to get this contract done! We have leverage and they are gonna come crawling and begging us with a revised offer similar to Delta's. So either way you need to apply and get in while you can.

Agreed. I was at ExpressJet before F9 and they paid for hotels.

This airline is a joke..they gave free breakfast to passengers aboard an aircraft that experienced a cowling coming off in flight (resulting in emergency return).

Breakfast...
