How concerned can they be after getting 25 175s from United? It would also depend on the terms of the lease. Can you arbitrarily pull the rug from under a lessee that has met all terms without repercussions? IDK

If the lease expires you sure can.

Well, that would mean the terms of the lease were satisfied and there would be no violation. That’s not arbitrary.

My question was really about doing it mid-lease

FYI United Airlines just announced that they are reducing their operation by 20%, I am not sure if that is going to affect GoJet, hopefully not.
