Word has it their telling new hire classes there are only 30-40 guys eligible for upgrade and that upgrade is running 3-4 months. Any traction to this? No intentions of going there but found it interesting. I call bs.

Considering the FAA requires 1000hrs of 121 time. I find it highly unlikely

Plan on 2 years unless the company gets additional flying. |
Are they attracting enough warm bodies to keep their flying staffed given current attrition?

Of course. They are just like any other regional; granted they aren't the BEST, but I doubt they are the worst. Every dog has fleas...some have a lot, some not so much. This industry in general leaves a lot to be desired unless you've got a sweet 91 gig or you're a 20 year captain at SWA. Regional is just.... meh.
