Avoid Gojet like the plague. They may have a new contract but management won't follow it and the Local 618 cant enforce it. The release paperwork is hidden with errors that will ruin your career or kill you. The Chief pilot Brad Sargent and Randy Bratcher have have burned all their bridges and have huge tempers and have regular shouting matches with crew. Pilots are being fired and suspended for not accepting FDP 2 hour extensions. GOJET Management requested me to forge maintenance documents rather than call maintenance to do it properly. Gojet pulled 500 dollars from this Christmas December paychecks with a one day notice memo with no details on why. I flew with a captain that was filed at 10,000 feet into a mountain by scheduling and they refused to change to paperwork. Its not worth the bonus!

That's beside the point. Your management is the worse regime of evil that masquerades of good business acumen. To start a career at a place where their own employees explain why not to come, thank you, no! I mean you not any of your fellow pilots any ill will. But I strongly believe to begin a career there would not be in the entry level candidate's best interest.

“New hire pilots with the aforementioned type ratings may also take advantage of a number of other benefits, including the ability to carry over longevity from another carrier at a rate of 1:1 (for example, a pilot with two years of longevity at another carrier would start at GoJet with two years of longevity). New hire pilots with these type ratings are also eligible to earn up to six months of early seniority, greatly decreasing their likelihood of sitting reserve. This program allows pilots to come to two days of initial training, receive a seniority number, and then be placed on personal leave for a maximum of 180 days.

In case you did missed it though, the current director of operations was a check airmen at one point in time. He was removed from his position as a check airmen because of his condescending and disparaging remarks towards females. Another example of the behavior of the two individuals that currently hold the position of chief pilot and director of operations at GoJet.
Hopefully this time it will not be deleted.

Reading your post history makes it sound like you have been around the block to a few regional's. Didn't you fail out of G7 training or have a training issue I gather. ONCE AGAIN MAIN LINE JOBS DONT CARE WHAT CRAPPY RJ YOU FLEW FOR WHAT CRAPPY REGIONAL THEY ARE ALL THE SAME WITH PROS AND CONS AT EACH ONE. Enjoy your regional right seat at that cool regional!!!
What he said. I'm ex-TSA so I have no love loss for HK, AX, G7, etc.
No matter what regional/feeder/time building job you have you keep your head down, do you job and go home. The goal is to walk into the CP's office with your resignation letter and they ask "do you work here?"

"I wish you weren't leaving. You have been a great instructor and check airman, and really helped us out in the safety department. The new hires that you mentored will miss you as well. I know that you will do great, and I can't believe that you got hired by your legacy of choice after only 3 1/2 years at a regional. It must have been that letter of recommendation that I sent them, but it was well deserved. Have a great career at United/Delta/FedEx!"
