Is it capable of calculating pay as well as international ICONUS? Apparantly APDL can do this, I just never got it to work accurately and is looking for an app to change to Iphone so one can skype from anywhere instead of getting redicoulously high phone bills for just turning it on while overseas.

I use Google Voice (formerly Grand Central) that allows you to use landline to landline Internationally for as little as 2 cents a minute.

I think it's still be in Beta, but as soon as it goes public and you can get an account - JUMP ON IT.

GrandCentral To (Finally) Launch As Google Voice. It’s Very, Very Good.

If you need something now - get the free Skype iPhone app and sign up for something like Boingo for mobile service for WiFi service.

I'm considering buying an Itouch to use with my excel Logbook. Does the Logten Mobile export flight data to a txt file like that of the Flogger. If so, can someone post a pic of it?

there's a company that's coming out with a palm emulator for the iphone called styletap that should solve this little problem. I can't tell if the two logbook programs they have for iphone will work with logbook pro desktop app. or not. right now styletap is still working on the emulator and trying to figure a way around iphone app store licensing rules... hopefully they'll get this out soon.

I use SAFELOG from Dauntless. They have an iPhone portal that works well, but your iPhone has to be connected to the web to use it. For me, this is not a problem, and they give you iPhone access free when you get their web logbook.

Default App To Pull Data From Old Logbook Pro Data Fi

FYI... Logbook Pro's refusal to offer an export utility, and shutting off the web and the download to the old data files recently bit me in the butt, so I created a utility to export the data.

They told me I had to buy the latest Palm Version to get my old palm data files from a few years ago off of my Palm. I told them that I now had windows mobile and would buy a copy of their window mobile app if they would extract a few old data files for me. They refused to do so for me, and since the support wasn't there I was hosed. They told me I had to buy both the palm and the WM versions, and they were ignorant about it.

So here is a link to the free program I wrote that can help you... Hentz.net (Hentz.net) I used this program to get my data into Ultra Edit, and then manipulated the columns enough to get it into Logbook Pro (desktop version).

I'm starting to develop an iPhone logbook for pilots. I personally would like to target airline pilots; however, I’ll make sure GA and corporate will be able to use it. If you're interested in helping or have any ideas of what you would like it to do, please PM me.

Thanks
