( Oh, the FDA shortly thereafter stopped recommending the J&J) And after hiring some Portland State University HR type to deny 100% of exceptions (His employment only lasted about 2 months after his mandate was successful) The top floor finally gave up on the mandate. I'll give them credit for outlasting many of the wokest SFO based companies who ended their mandates 11 months prior when it became a statistical certainty the vax didn't stop sh!t.


Now there is a pending lawsuit, hope the individuals win and get a boat load of $$.

How often is surfer leave actually offered/available? I know it probably ebbs and flows like almost anything, but just curious if it is actually 'a thing' or just an awesome contract clause that rarely gets made available.

It’s a thing. First and second year FOs across the fleets have been awarded surfer leave across fleets even for December.
