Can anybody shed some light on HAL travel benefits and what they include.
Do they have inter airline deals like regionals have where regional pilots for example such as SkyWest get full UA/DL flight benefits of Envoy get full AA benefits when travelling both domestic and international.
On HAL aircraft what do you get with regards to first and business class etc? Do you only have HAL or is there UA/DL/AA etc or even zed fares with other airlines worldwide?

These "1000 pilots by 2019" etc numbers are basically just W.A.G.s based on some old Kool-Aid we all drank gallons of a couple years back, yes?
What will be the net gain in airframes when all the 321s are on property, and all the 767s are gone? Plug that number into your best estimate of HAL's crewing formula to know how many more crews you will need. Assuming the 321 / 767 displacement training bubble has already been hired, then that projected number of crews minus the current list, minus projected retirements in 2018, is how many people will probably be hired by the end of 2018.

Very true... so far 18 firm neo's, with options for 7 more... additional 6 widebodies( if we ever decide on an airframe).. subtract the 7 or 8 767 we have left..
Aloha is ramping up for 767 flights to LA and Mexico, could we compete in the cargo area using our 767's?
We are at approximately 770 with the neo's that are slated for delivery next year.. I'd guess an additional 100-150 is possible in 2019-2020
We have taken additional 330's that were not necessarily in the original plan. Same could hold true for additional Neo's. Or the opposite could occur.
Also may have new leadership coming in after our current leadership moves on. That could change how aggressive or complacent we are moving forward.
Alot of variables to the final number.. It's a pretty good situation for those of us hired in the 2010-2013 hiring wave. But still very fluid.
