Default Crash pd during training

Anyone know if there’s a crash pad available for at least 3-6 mos?

If HAL is hiring 100 pilots, would that mean multiple windows next year or one big one? Do they wait for the pool to get drained before they open a window?

I am in no way part of hiring etc... but I'm pretty sure they usually open one window, get a few hundred apps, interview roughly 200 and hire roughly 100...atleast that was the way it seemed they did it in past growth spurts

What are the chances of first year pay increasing to something above regional levels?

First year pay will go up when there's peace in the Middle East or a merger/buyout. Whichever comes first.

It's embarrassing. Union says it's the company's discretion, it's written in our contract so I call BS. Most guys could give two ships about first year, it's a strange mentality. Almost like a right of passage... Some says it weeds out the ones that don't really want it.. Not sure but it sucks.

Or they run out of pilots showing up to class, relative to the amount of pilots leaving...

Pay...yeah. Sorry about that. Not likely until next cotratct. It is a tough pill to swallow and you need to prepare for it. I still think the reward is worth it🤙
