So will there be anymore Phase 3's? Still waiting to hear. Haven't heard anything since P1&2 2 months ago.

Haven't looked at the numbers vs. the last vacancy... But we just had a class of 10/11 go through and it was 50/50 split between -76/717.... If I had any $$ to bet I'd say most likely -76... But again, just a guess with no research done lately..
