The fact of the matter is that every regional is somewhat desperate for applicants. Why shouldn't they be? This situation will be a legitimate problem for regionals in the very near future.

Being proactive and trying to scoop up as many qualified applicants as you can is not in any way detestable. It is smart, and forward thinking.

I mentioned this before but there are no threads on here bashing Eagle recruiting for having a facebook page, or mesa for hiring people over the phone, or Silver for offering a 10k signing bonus. Everyone is scrambling. PSA gets a bad rap for just being PSA.

Again, this site is free. If even one pilot decides on PSA because of this website then it would be worth it.

Hey P, how about a side by side comparison of the pros/cons of Eagle and PSA? Since your such an outside the box thinker, why don't you enlighten us.

I never said I was an outside the box thinker buddy. As a matter of fact I am decidedly left-brained. Outside the box is not for me.

Not only that I also never tried to compare PSA to Eagle other than mentioning Eagle's recruiting dept having a facebook page.

This thread has nothing to do with comparing contracts.
