PDX Satellite already exists.

What is a typical schedule per month on the line ? 4 days on 3 off. How many days do you typically have off per month ? Do you typically achieve the 70 hrs month or do you fly much more ? Is it frowned upon if one picks up some 91 gigs on their time off. Just looking to supplement the low pay in the first couple years.
Forgive my questions , if they seem basic and silly. I am not a 121 guy although I am hoping to be soon.
Horizon is cancelling flights and delaying/cancelling E-175 orders because of a pilot shortage that they created. I.e. they didn't have the foresight to hire more and pay a standard wage. Horizon is also pulling out of Anchorage--which is the consummate fail for that brand. SkyWest will also get you into the PNW in a jet with respectable upgrade times.

yeah no thanks I’ll take the shorter upgrade time here over OO. Also, you should go read previous posts regarding our staffing levels and why were closing anchorage cause clearly you’re out of the loop.

I don't think that is a good sign for your airline's immediate future. Smells like a captain shortage is about to hit.

Now, what will AAG do to keep their flights full and on time?

That’s amazing, sounds like you’re about to start taking street captains soon then if that’s the case.... we’ve got our own issues but for SkyWest to be in that situation says something.

Edit: wow, just started hearing about endeavors new TA/Pay raises and I wonder how long, or short it’ll be before you guys start hurting for FO’s on the eastern half the country.... id be jumping ship too for that pay if I lived out that way. Only a few days now the TA passed and SkyWest has guys jumping ship already...

I guess we’ll find out before the end of the year if the rumors flying around lately are true...
