Life is Better in Blue has some details on how poor the benefits are here.
As far as travel. No annual fee, but you're expected to donate janitorial services after each flight. Mint is currently $75 each leg, unlike our peers' and regional's free first class upgrades (maybe United excepted).

just curious by what you mean by "get"? we can pay more by listing for business or first on any airline/airplane that has a business or first class, more than an economy zed fare. or are you just talking about having nice gate agents upgrade you? just checking to make sure i'm not missing something.

You are forced to sign a legal contract (check mark + your initials) on the mandatory training, or else you can't pass ride.
Legally, this overrides any other promise, email, or company manual saying otherwise. Grieving will at best only end up in arbitration, which always favors the company. Remember, a contract is legally binding, everything else is not.

It's not just an expectation anymore like it used to be.
