Feel free to disagree with anything, I say. But be respectful and decent in your disagreement.
POG isn't there. And he hasn't answered my PM.
Why do we have to attack each other? I've seen really smart arguments from both sides.
I normally agree with POG, but I'm embarrassed he's a JetBlue pilot at this point with the way he's handled the AIP. Attacking fellow union supporting pilots calling them, "wannabe scabs" is bs.

Also, nobody can still argue my point of the MEC voting 12-0, and how Delta, AA and UAL had to work 30 plus years to get that contract.
We are lucky to get this one! Sure it can probably use some improvement, but it’s not worth turning it down and starting over. The MEC worked hard and got us something better than we would of had if we stayed non-union. I for one, came here because they went union. If you were here before ALPA, then you made the wrong choice years ago and should have left then!
The Vote will be a YES, so you no voters should just learn to suck it up some more, since you sucked it long before ALPA came to town.
Once again, if you don’t like it—LEAVE

Yeah, a contract to an equivelent airline hardly seems childish.

I wish people would stop using the 12-0 vote as a talking point. All they voted on was for the NC to continue working on full language to present to the MEC... that's it. It wasn't an endorsement of the deal. The vote totals may look very different the next time around. Most MEC's don't even have a vote at this stage, I'm assuming our just did because it's our first contract. It's not an endorsement yet so don't let that number sway you. If they vote to approve the TA and send it to us... then we have an endorsement.

Better vote yes. Rumor going around the United training center is that after both pilot agreements are signed United is buying JB. There’s even a massive JB seniority integration thread now on our private board that’s only a few days old. Apparently they want pilot labor peace for the merger. We shall see.
