Hyper, I have kids to support and a great life in general. I will not jeopardize my career by identifying myself to you no matter how many times you ask.
You type words, I type words. They are polar opposites, we don't agree. I can still sleep just fine at night. Let it go.
These days I post primarily about JB current events and the interpretation of our new TA. Instead of engaging on the merits, you quote me and try to start additional urination contests and try and goad me into identifying myself. Let it go.
Engage on the merits, or just don't. The responses you don't like from me are a direct response to you provoking me (these days). Let it go.
We don't agree, we don't see eye to eye, I'm fine with that. Let it go.
Or keep doing what you're doing if it makes you feel better.

You stop seeking my identity, I will stop saying you want to use it to climb ladders.
I'm moving on.

What benefit does knowing the identity of other people on here have? If you want to chat privately, the website has that function.
Also, I don't like how conversation among pilots about our TA on APC is discouraged by some. Most volunteers and people that hold positions in the union are going to try to be unbiased, but I think it's natural for them to have a bias towards supporting the TA, whether they know it or not. Our free speech on here gives us another perspective and maybe brings about better questions or better ways to ask those questions when talking to the union.
Lastly, being for or against this TA, in part, comes down to a guess on what the economy is going to do. If we knew the next time it was going to tank and how long it would stay in the gutter, we could make a better decision. However, we don't know and everyone has to make their own guesses. It has been happening to our economy pretty regularly for the past couple decades. Do we feel like we have enough time before the economy tanks to lock in better work rules and maximize our pay or do we feel like it's best to lock it in now? This is just part of it and one of various reasons not to be harsh on people who don't agree with you... Alright at this point I think my PSA calls for this:

I agree, talk openly about what you like and what concerns you about the TA. In the end these things are usually spring-loaded to pass, and we should know where our weak spots are so we can expect them.

?The above plus a possible merger has me leaning yes. The TA is a known known and it's not that great, but the fear of the unknown is a strong force.

To some on this board, fear=weakness. Fear is not weakness, fear is an emotion, your actions define strength.
Voting yes or no does not indicate strength. Listening to the MEC while we were in negotiations would have been strong. Thats over.
We now decide if we want this pay raise, Retirement, QOL improvement
and Job protection. And if its voted down, what leverage would we have to get B6 back to the table? Guys are still gonna push early, call MX on their personal phones and be begging Ops for "ice on gate 23".

Its funny the fear guys have of a TA being in place vs the lack of fear with no protections.

2) Deals that need contracts in place (fleet review)
3) OTP and a flailing operation which pilots seem to help with when happy
4) Rising pilot costs as the next round of 3-4% raises hits our peers (oct and Jan) and our pay lags badly again
5) Negotiations opening at other airlines, likely making our requested 3% cola look like peanuts when they get their new contracts (i know, speculation, but the trend is still upward right now in the pilot cost landscape, so management is keeping tabs on that trying to lock us in before the speculation becomes reality)

Theyll delay their plans and we'll probably only get a bigger signing bonus.
Look, this is conjecture from both sides, but if you're comparing resolve, B6 management has and will win EVERY time. Thats billion with a B.
You're over-estimating our leverage. I wish you were right.
