I don't know if it blows us away but there are some great things in the work rules. Average duty time and day rigs are HUGE for our trips. Watch the video. No more 10 hour 3 days. No more 17-19 hour four days. International override will certainly add up, and night override will help, and me personally I thought Emergency/extension past the OFP would have been history at this place. Who has that? Its still here and its 200%. More than 2 hours and its 5 hours at 200%. I don't sell PTO regularly, so that does not affect me. The scope language is strong, but that is a different section and different thread...

My number one concern in the surveys was scope and QOL. It was not pay rates. The C-series rates seem low to me but have any of your seen that plane? I haven't. By the time management actually gets off their A$$ and makes a decision, it will be years into this contract before they even come close to replacing 320s. By then, we will be in section 6 again. Where I feel this TA missed the mark is insurance. I am scratching my head at the small gains with insurance. I am glad I have a few weeks to decide yes or no. I am sure I could add some more work rules if I go back and read this TA again.

Sched to fly the CS300, but the company changes it to a CS100.

What pay rate do I get?
3.b pay rate for the actual aircraft flown.

Please tell me I'm wrong or this is industry standard?
We have rates for both in the TA, but will we end up buying both models? I think they just wanted to get rates for both to shore up their cost analysis vs. E2.

Great things? I think of our proposed rigs/ADG more as an industry standard thing that we don’t currently have and that is a nonstarter to not have. Not in the category of “great things.” They are good, average, necessary for this TA to pass...not great. Great would be ADG if 6, or min day guarantee of 5...but that isn’t expected and probably wouldn’t happen bc it isn’t industry standard.

Also in there are some horrible things. Airport standby with no auto release? Check. Good luck getting ahold of crew services during an IROP...

You haven’t seen the CSeries yet? Here’s a decent look at an Air Baltic CS300 - they have just added 60 orders for it on top of an existing order for 20 CS300s (they are big fans of the airplane):

You from Russia? Or, what you talking about Willis?

We all need to start using reference #s when statements like that are made.

25.R ( reserve).7.m : airport reserve is prohibited.

Maybe you found a loop hole or I just watch too much Different Strokes? Or maybe you're not talking about reserve?

Really? posting incorrect bull $hiT is not something that is cool at all right now. There are a lot of people trying to sort this out. APC is not the place to get correct info but you are plain out lying.

READ... 25- 7.d. and 25- 7.m.

I should have specified, I have not seen the C-Series in JetBlue colors. I agree with you David that the C-Series is a much better option than the E2. We shall see.

Airport standby is allowed in the contract... if a flight cancels during irop are stuck at the airport and can’t leave till you contact cs. He isn’t wrong just used airport standby instead of a different term. How often are we in irop situations? Or have your flight cancel.
