We have a profit sharing formula in the contract. The formula did not trigger any profit sharing, despite $800m profit and 10% margin...

What's the threshold then? JB has only had an annual profit of over $200M 5 times in its existence, so how does making $800M, which is the 2nd highest earnings year ever not qualify for profit sharing?

They changed the formula a few years ago.

The formula they currently use makes profit sharing virtually impossible to attain. They knew that when they designed the formula. Because Values.
