Since the contract was so poorly written, nothing is really stopping them from rewriting the FOM whenever they want. It's a smoke and mirrors document just like the blue book and FSM. The contract should have specifically mentioned that "all ancillary duties not covered in this contract are expressly forbidden". Why do you believe that your job description is limited by what is in the FOM? Have you read the new hire employee agreement?

Notice how the article specifically referenced stock buybacks, but JetBlue leaders say stock buybacks have nothing to do with profit sharing. How can this be?
