Obviously until we have an LR (or any other plane that will be ETOPS, which so far is none according to management, recently), we can’t do proving runs, or maintenance tracking or procedures (I was told the FAA told us we can’t use our non-etops regular NEOs for any of that), etc. So, I have no doubt we completed something with regards to etops 180, but I do doubt we could start service to hawaii tomorrow. Guessing there will be an update in that town hall on Thursday. Or perhaps captcoolhand knows the details.
