Asking my class, the majority have said this is insane. Sadly, none of us are allowed to vote on something so important to our future. Ironically the pilots I’ve heard for this in the training center are all older and want the extra cash.

One even said “I know this isn’t the best for the pilots, but I’m close to retirement, and I can see how much money it’ll make me as we struggle to fly the additional New York growth.” YES, he said that to our new hire class.

I couldn't agree more. As a no voter I still agree with your sentiment. I only feel that you are only wrong in that it doesn't represent 40% most of the No voters I know aren't bitter about this maybe disappointed but not bitter.
