Appreciate the info. I'm happy to disclose, it was just worded weirdly. It didn't say, "List all traffic violations" or "List moving violations", it just said "any driving record information you would like to disclose".
Well, I wouldn't like to disclose any. Lol. If you're asking me to, sure, I will.

I remember getting in arguments long ago about this. Mostly about the Delta app.

“It says disclose ALL tickets.......yea but 3 were over 10 years ago and off my record, sooooo”

“Yeah, but it says ALL tickets......well....why should I disclose them if they can’t find them?..........because it says disclose ALL tickets”

Apparently at Delta, LOTS of people lied and still got hired.

I still say spill your guts. As a 55year old, if you don’t wanna hire me beacause of a ticket in 1984 then screw you.

I had one speeding ticket and made it known during the interview process....it was a non-issue obviously.
Please tell me that these days that Phase 2 is completed BEFORE you start training? Imagine quitting your last gig, "hired" by jetblue and in training when a disqualification event "pops up" in your background check (Phase 2).

It happened.

Two weeks prior to my interview here I was working at FlightSafety and driving to the Ohio State Police aviation hangar to deliver a CRM course. I got pulled over for speeding the morning of the class. I explained to the officer that I was actually headed to HQ to deliver a course for those guys directly above me in the 182 (and 20 other officers). He said... “thanks for the training. Here’s your $245 ticket.”

JB - when was your last speeding ticket? Uh, last week?

Yeah I got an HOV violation right before the interview. Told them about it they were like WTF is an HOV violation. I just put down everything I could remember. It’s really just about honesty. If you get caught lying it does not go well.

It was 9 months! “We’re gonna need you to go to a regional for 200 hours to get some recency of experience to your 10,000hrs...” What you talking about Willis!

Guess what? I’m back to an “RJ” again in the form of an extra stripe...
