I wouldn't recommend emerald coast for this interview . It's really jusy a personality interview , unless you need to brush up on basic interview skills . I suggest coming up with a solid 8 - 10 diverse stories, that you can answer any of their TMAAT questions. You can find those questions on aviationinterviews and will fly for food and of course have a good answer for the "why JetBlue " question . Practice telling your stories and have others listen . Know some history about JetBlue and current events. Wikipedia is a good place to start . Be yourself . Good luck !
I would disagree just a little with your suggestion that JetBlue’s interview is just about personality. Jetblue wants the “Tell me about a time” questions told and answered in a very specific format. Here lies the issue most pilots suffer from the durignthe actual interview.

I’d also check out one of the books on the company…”Blue Streak” is one I believe. Not just to help you with the interview but also to give you a sense of the place so you know if it’s for you or not.
I did Emerald Coast. The biggest thing it gave me was confidence. It helped fine tune my stories, and opened my eyes to a few things that I needed to do to interview better, but the big lever thing for me was the confidence that I could answer any question and act like a polished professional.
Maybe that’d be useful to you. It was to me. Best of luck.

But, if you’re looking at Delta, get your app reviewed by a professional. God forbid you put Delta Airlines as opposed to Delta Air Lines... Fail. Maybe that’s why they won’t call me.

I’ll second this... Having interviewed at a regional prior to JetBlue, I felt prepared. That said, EC primed my answers and definitely boosted my confidence. It’s worth it, in my opinion, and it will prime you for all interviews in the future (it’s a lifetime membership!). If you live in NYC or BOS, this could very well be a destination airline (someday). If you’re a Californian, look elsewhere. Spend the money if you want it.
