They know every elidgable guy is ready to leave the 190. They need to backfill the bottom before they skim the top then close the door and grant bypass pay because it’s cost prohibitive to continue to train.
Training knew this was coming. Flops didn’t wanna pay for it. Now we’re six months behind.

The difficulty of 190 training due to sims would put pressure on the 320 deferments? Hmmm....

Hmmm. Can they defer again? I honestly don’t know. I thought there was something like we have to take these things. I certainly wouldn’t put it past them. They just can’t get out of their own way. Hey at least they will hold someone accountable this time oh wait never mind but fill out that FCIR in the time window you bad pilots. Oh and whatever you do wear that suiting jacket.
