Any idea if they’re only running 6 people per class or if that’s projected to increase at all? I’m guessing the training center is still pretty backed up? For anyone from the pool that’s already in class how far out did they notify you for a class date? Thanks for the help!

Asking for a friend. CBA states that new hires are permitted to participate in system bids, even while in training. Let’s say said NH gets 190 out of training and gets awarded 320 on this supplemental, which has an effective date this December. That would conflict with the 1 year equipment freeze. What happens then?
Guessing the pilot would only be eligible to be awarded a base transfer but no equipment changes, in order to comply with the freeze?

Your friend cannot be awarded a position on another equipment if the effective date occurs prior to the freeze expiration date. Your friend would need to be awarded the new base by means of his/her current equipment. The company may waive this, but would be required to wave ALL freezes simultaneously, which they have not.

just for planning purposes though the 5th class of 2021 was 3 people….
A supplement bid just closed with a few vacancies. All which need to be done by 12/21. I’d expect a few training events to be caused by this. I don’t know anything, but my speculation is, likely not going to see much more than a small trickle of hiring at the moment.
