Seems like it should be pretty close to DOH, not a lot of difference in fleet or pilot group longevity.
And we are talking about new hires long after the offer was made and accepted. That’s almost certainly date of hire for them. Those working at B6 and NK prior to the acceptance of the offer might go a mixture of DOH and relative seniority, but that wouldn’t affect someone only now applying.

If you are in the US, there are only a couple answers. None of those would I leave for to come to JetBlue. I’d maybe look into United…as a320 is one of their most junior planes, where as at JetBlue it’s considered a widebody.
If you are NOT in the US, this is where I ask you: Are you familiar with E-3 or Resident Alien requirements?
PM me if not.
If you have just bought your type rating, that may help you in training a little bit……but remember you have no actual line flying experience.

If you just Can’t Just Can’t bear the thought of flying another plane, go to Frontier as with JetBlue Spirit you could get downgraded into A220 once the companies are merged.

Yes. If you want to stay A320 go to Espirit. As stated above since you’d be hired after date of offer the acquisition was accepted it would have to be DOH, since no new hire can claim that they were adversely effected by the merger/acquisition since it is public information at this point. In addition to if you are a Florida person, you might just get an MCO or FLL base right away (you may and likely will get booted out during SLI) whereas a new hire at JB would probably never get a Florida base out of training.

I doubt the company will pay for displacements unless they close a base. Nor is someone already flying 320s as an FO likely to be displaced to the 220. First, the combined company will be overwhelmingly 329 family for a long time and second, far cheaper to just new hire into the 220. Might make a difference in 320 upgrade times, but barring base closures, I think 320 FOs will just keep flying 320s
I highly doubt that. While it's possible, I doubt either pilot group would give up SLI rights to just do straight DOH, because well, it's stupid to do that. Many mergers have transpired where different formulas were used to calculate seniority position. Career expectations (time to upgrade) plays a large role in Seniority List Integrations. ALPA has entire seminars on SLI and mergers. Have you been to any formal Mergers Training? I have.
