What exactly do you 121 guys (pilots) think is "customer service?" Us Charter guys are trying not to snicker.
Have you ever:
1. Delivered left behind jewelry to a pax hotel at 3 am?
2. Go get a bag of Starbucks coffee because that's what the pax wanted at the last minute?
3. Remove all Pepsi products onboard because the Coke CEO is onboard?
4. Load pax bags on a daily basis?
5. Make an otherwise delayed trip happen by tracking down a death certificate so a young child can travel with her new guardian legally out of country (while taking care of the normal flight stuff)?
How adorable.
Don't get me wrong. I'm trying for JB. But, your HR people haven't a clue what customer service is. The FA's are the face of customer service. Not the pilots. So what exactly does the HR dept want to see a pilot do?

Given a client your pilot shirt to wear under his jacket to an important meeting because he spilled coffee all over himself on a day trip from SFO to LAX? Walked into a field off the runway in Montana to get a client's black lab to drop one off before getting on the jet (can't mess up those $1000 shoes!). Changing a tire on a client's car. Do those count? Of course I also flew checks single pilot at night in the MU2 for the fed, and am a former 121 FO and CA. So I'd like to think I've got both bases covered!

Lets assume you meet all the qualifications Jetblue wants to hire someone who buys into the teamwork aspect of the airline, their culture. Those employed by Jetblue for sometime understand what "culture" truly means but I do appreciate how the people department still puts emphasis on hiring people who are friendly and helpful. You are not throwing bags, stocking the aircraft or cleaning the cabin(you better not) but the pilots we do hire try to help out. For the 91 guys you will learn quick how much an FA or gate agent appreciate a friendly hello or a Starbucks coffee on a quick turn. These are the little things that make a difference when you have 5 or 6 crew members trying to all get along. Are there times you have to put your foot down as a captain, sure, but its often easier to set a good tone early.
No disrespect to Mil guys/gals but most haven't dealt with this so its a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Similarly most are sharp and grasp the concept quick. The doing a little more concept comes a bit more naturally to a 91 guy.
This is essentially what they are trying to get out of you during the interview.

I have an application question maybe someone can help me out. I have several JetBlue friends giving me their email addresses for me to add into the application. I can't find the portion of the application where I can add these email addresses. All I can do is update my hours and contact info. Thanks in advance.

Don't get me wrong, I think experience is important, but that's on your resume, which gets you the interview. If you've managed to fly Part 91/135 corporate, military, part 121 or any other heavy duty flying job for several thousand hours without managing to get yourself killed, wind up on the news or get violated, you're probably okay. I've always thought our entry requirements were a little low. Basically, anyone that could get an ATP could apply, which is a bit out there.
I don't think a multi-day interview is the way to go, either. I know a lot of people WANT us to be Delta, but we're not, nor do I think we every will or should be.

Oh please say no, I don't want to wear one of those silly hats! Even though I really need to
