Their raises are contractual while ours are yearly. To say we will be 28% behind in 2016 based on our 2012 pay rates is speculative. NOW..I have no illusions we will be on par but it is important we know what we are looking at. We have a lot of work to do and I applaud our PVC for the tremendous work they are doing for our pilot group.
